How your price adds up

$100 for the common areas, plus $30 per bedroom, $40 per full bathroom, $30 per three-quarter bathroom and $20 per half bathroom.
Common areas mean one each of dining room, entryway, family room, kitchen, laundry room and living room, plus hallways and stairs.

Example: a 5 bedroom home with 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
$100 + (5 × $30) + (4 × $40) + (1 × $20) = $430

Recurring prices for that home, starting with your second clean:

  • Weekly: $430 × 70% = $301
  • Every 2 weeks: $430 × 80% = $344
  • Every 3 weeks: $430 × 85% = $365.50
  • Every 4 weeks: $430 × 90% = $387
  • Every 6, 8, 12, 17 or 26 weeks, or yearly: $430 × 95% = $408.50

Deep / First-Time Clean: $430 + $130 = $560. It adds mopped and wet-wiped baseboards and door frames, light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks, and cleaning under and behind furniture. We highly recommend it for a first clean or after 30+ days without a professional clean.
Move Out: $430 + $200 = $630. It adds baseboards and door frames, inside the oven, inside the emptied fridge and freezer, light cleaning inside the emptied cabinets and drawers, and light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks.
Hourly cleaning is $60 per cleaner, per hour, with a 3-hour minimum, then $30 per cleaner for each extra half hour.
Code 5off does not apply to hourly cleaning.

Cleaning in Paradise Valley: what to know

Hard water. The water here is hard.
That leaves white spots on glass shower doors, faucets and sinks quickly.
If you have marble or other natural stone, mention it when you book.

Monsoon dust. From June 15 to September 30, storms push fine dust onto sills, patios and sliding doors.
Window tracks aren’t part of a standard clean, so add a Deep Clean after a dusty stretch.

Gates and long drives. Some communities here are gated or guard-gated, and many homes sit on large lots with long drives.
Put your gate code or guard gate instructions in your booking so your cleaner gets in on time.

Part-year and rental homes. If you spend summers away, book a clean before you come back.
We also handle short-term rental turnovers.

A local company, not a chain

Jarrod, the owner, was born and raised in Arizona and has family and friends across the state.
He lives and works between Yavapai and Maricopa counties.
AZ House Cleaner isn’t a national chain run from out of state.
Jarrod handles all communication and scheduling.
Your cleaner keeps in touch on the day, drives to you and does the cleaning. Jarrod takes care of everything else.
Every cleaner on the roster is a local independent contractor.
You can ask for a different cleaner at any time, and if your cleaner gets sick, we send a backup from the roster.
