What a standard clean covers in Parker
Your cleaner works room by room through our cleaning checklist: the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas. Ceiling fans, light switches and vents are part of every standard clean.

Desert dust and river sand
Parker sits on the Colorado River in the low desert. Wind and summer storms push fine dust onto window sills, ceiling fans and floors. After a day on the water, sand and wet towels come inside too.
A regular schedule, like every 2 or 4 weeks, keeps that dust and sand from piling up between visits.
Vacation rental turnovers in Parker
If you host guests at a river home or rental, turnovers are priced at the standard rate with 30% off every turnover, no matter how often you book. Extras like laundry are included in the turnover price.

Deep cleaning
A deep clean is $130 on top of the standard price. It adds mopped and wet-wiped baseboards and door frames, cleaning under and behind furniture, and the fronts, backs and sides of furniture. It’s highly recommended if your home hasn’t had a professional clean in 30 days or more.
Move-in and move-out cleaning
The Move Out package adds $200 to the standard clean: baseboards and door frames ($70), inside the oven ($50), inside emptied cabinets and drawers ($50), and inside the emptied fridge and freezer ($30). Since it already covers baseboards and door frames, you don’t need a deep clean on top of it.

No. Cleaners bring their own supplies, and you don’t need to be home. Just make sure your cleaner can get in, since a lockout carries an $80 fee.
