How Much Do Standard House Cleaning Services in Arizona Cost?
Your standard house cleaning price is calculated based on three simple factors: bedrooms, bathrooms, and extra rooms.
- $100 for common areas only, no bedrooms (living areas, hallways, kitchen, laundry room, and stairs)
- $130 for one bedroom, including all common areas
- $30 for each additional bedroom or extra room
- $50 for each full bathroom (sink + shower + toilet + tub)
- $40 for each ¾ bathroom (sink + shower OR tub + toilet)
- $30 for each half bathroom (sink + toilet)
- Bathrooms or add-ons only, no rooms: no base charge, you pay only for what you pick
Example: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms:
$100 + (3 × $30) + (2 × $50) = $290
Every 2 weeks, 20% off from the second clean:
$290 × 80% = $232
Deep / First-Time Clean added to the first visit:
$290 + $130 = $420
Flat rate is usually the better deal, since the cleaner stays until the checklist is done no matter how long it takes.
Hourly cleaning is also available at $80 per cleaner per hour with a one-hour minimum for a short list of tasks or a partial clean, and discounts apply to it.
Home organization is $40 per hour, with no discounts when booked on its own, or the same discounts as your cleaning when added as an extra.
No square-footage charges on home cleaning.
Optional add-ons may apply, and recurring discounts up to 30% off start on your second cleaning.
Seniors 55+, veterans, active military, first responders, and college students get 5% off the first cleaning.
It doesn't combine with other discounts or apply to same-day bookings.

Deep cleaning adds baseboards and door frames, window tracks, under beds and furniture that can be moved easily, and the fronts, backs, and sides of furniture.
We recommend a deep clean first if the home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
