How recurring cleaning works

Pick your home size and how often: weekly, or every 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.
Book online and see your price before you pay. You pay a flat rate by bedrooms and bathrooms, not by the hour.
Your first visit is full price. Your recurring discount starts on the second clean.

If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in the last 30 days, we highly recommend adding the deep clean to your first visit.
It’s $130 on top of the standard price.
It adds mopped and wet-wiped baseboards and door frames, cleaning under and behind furniture, and the fronts, backs, and sides of furniture.

After you book, you’ll get a text from our booking software’s automated line, (888) 337-1353, and an email from [email protected].

The example home is $290 for a standard clean: $100 for the common areas, $90 for 3 bedrooms, and $100 for 2 full bathrooms.

Move or cancel a visit by call, text, or email with more than 24 hours notice.
Inside 24 hours, or if your cleaner can’t get in, the fee is $80.

What each visit includes

Kitchen: counters, sink, and fixtures cleaned and disinfected. Stovetop, burners, drip pans, and knobs. Microwave inside and out. Outside of the appliances, cabinets, and range hood. Floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped.
Bathrooms: counters, sinks, showers, tubs, toilets, and fixtures cleaned and disinfected. Mirrors, glass, and shower doors and tracks. Floors swept, mopped, and disinfected.
Bedrooms and living areas: surfaces and furniture dusted and wiped, beds made, mirrors cleaned, and floors vacuumed and mopped.
Every room: ceiling fans, light fixtures, light switches, blinds, and vents. Window sills dusted. Doorknobs disinfected. Cobwebs removed and trash emptied.

Your cleaner brings their own supplies.

Not part of a regular visit: inside the oven, fridge, and cabinets.
Those come with the Move Out package.
Grout scrubbing isn’t part of any service.
We spot clean stains only, and large grout jobs need a specialist.

You pay a flat rate based on your bedrooms and bathrooms.
Common areas are $100, each bedroom adds $30, and each bathroom adds $30 to $50 depending on the type.

Do I need to be home?

No. Tell us how your cleaner gets in.
If your cleaner can’t get in, the lockout fee is $80.

What if something gets missed?

Tell us within 24 hours.
We re-clean the missed areas within 7 days at no charge.
