What a turnover covers
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop and burners, microwave inside and out, outside of appliances, and floors.
- Bathrooms: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks and counters cleaned and disinfected, plus mirrors and floors.
- Bedrooms and living areas: dusting, beds made, mirrors, and floors vacuumed and mopped.
- Every room: ceiling fans, vents and blinds dusted, light switches wiped, and trash emptied.
- Extras like laundry, included in the turnover price.

Seasonal deep cleans and move-outs
We recommend a seasonal deep clean a few times a year. It is $130 on top of the standard price.
It adds mopped and wet-wiped baseboards and door frames, cleaning under and behind furniture, and the fronts, backs and sides of furniture.
