It takes more time and labor to wet wipe baseboards and door frames, clean out window tracks, reach under and behind furniture, and address months of buildup.

  • Deep / First-Time Clean prices start at $230 for common areas only, or $260 with one bedroom (includes all common living areas, hallways, kitchen, laundry room, and stairs)
  • $30 for each additional bedroom or extra room
  • $50 for each full bathroom (sink + shower + toilet + tub)
  • $40 for each ¾ bathroom (sink + shower OR tub + toilet)
  • $30 for each half bathroom (sink + toilet)
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms:

$100 + (3 × $30) + (2 × $50) = $290

With the Deep / First-Time Clean:

$290 + $130 = $420

Factors that affect pricing:

  • Home size: Number of rooms and bathrooms

  • Frequency: A one-time deep clean is priced as above. A first-time deep clean that leads into recurring service earns the recurring discount, up to 30% off, starting on the second cleaning.
