Blood, feces, urine, vomit, droppings, and pests such as bugs or rodents, live or dead, need their own special request. The special request starts at $30 per affected room, depending on severity. These homes usually need the Deep / First-Time Clean too. Please tell us ahead of time for safety, so your cleaner brings the right personal protective equipment (PPE). Your cleaner reserves the right to leave if they walk into these conditions unannounced. If your cleaner finds these conditions, we reserve the right to add the special request to your booking. For an active pest or rodent problem, book pest control first and schedule your cleaning 2 or more days later. Cleaners clean up dead bugs with the special request, and do not clean up pest control chemicals or work around an active infestation. We are happy to refer a local pest control company. Post-construction cleaning is priced by the square foot of livable space, starting at 30 cents per square foot for floors, plus 5 cents per square foot for each add-on, or 10 cents for ceilings, up to 75 cents for everything.
