How your price adds up
$100 for the common areas, plus $30 per bedroom, $40 per full bathroom, $30 per three-quarter bathroom and $20 per half bathroom.
Common areas mean one each of dining room, entryway, family room, kitchen, laundry room and living room, plus hallways and stairs.
Example: a 2 bed, 2 full bath home in Sun City Oro Valley.
$100 + (2 × $30) + (2 × $40) = $240
Recurring prices for that home, starting with your second clean:
- Weekly: $240 × 70% = $168
- Every 2 weeks: $240 × 80% = $192
- Every 3 weeks: $240 × 85% = $204
- Every 4 weeks: $240 × 90% = $216
- Every 6, 8, 12, 17 or 26 weeks, or yearly: $240 × 95% = $228
Deep / First-Time Clean: $240 + $130 = $370.
It adds mopped and wet-wiped baseboards and door frames, light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks, and cleaning under and behind furniture.
We highly recommend it for a first clean or after 30+ days without a professional clean.
Move Out: $240 + $200 = $440.
It adds baseboards and door frames, inside the oven, inside the emptied fridge and freezer, light cleaning inside the emptied cabinets and drawers, and light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks.
Hourly cleaning is $60 per cleaner, per hour, with a 3-hour minimum, then $30 per cleaner for each extra half hour.
Code 5off does not apply to hourly cleaning.

Cleaning in Oro Valley: what to know
Hard water. The Oro Valley Water Utility reports hardness from 36 to 270 ppm across its service area.
That leaves mineral spots on shower glass, faucets and sinks.
Cleaning every 1 or 2 weeks keeps the spots from setting in.
Monsoon dust. The Town puts monsoon season at about June 15 to September 30, with heavy rain and thick dust storms.
Dust settles on window sills, vents and ceiling fans, and those are wiped in every standard clean.
Sliding door tracks fill up fast, and light dusting and vacuuming of them is part of the Deep / First-Time Clean.
Winter homes. If your Oro Valley home is a second or winter home, one clean before you arrive in the fall and one after you leave in spring keeps a closed-up house fresh.
Gates and big homes. Some Oro Valley communities are gated.
Add your gate code or gate instructions when you book.
Flat-rate cleans are finished the same day without hourly limits, within reason, and even in a large custom home your cleaner works through every item on the checklist.
