How your price adds up
You pay $100 for the common areas, plus $30 per bedroom, $40 per full bathroom, $30 per three-quarter bathroom and $20 per half bathroom.
Common areas mean one each of dining room, entryway, family room, kitchen, laundry room and living room, plus hallways and stairs.
Here is a newer 4 bedroom house with 2 full baths and a half bath:
$100 + (4 × $30) + (2 × $40) + (1 × $20) = $320
Recurring prices for that home, starting with your second clean:
- Weekly: $320 × 70% = $224
- Every 2 weeks: $320 × 80% = $256
- Every 3 weeks: $320 × 85% = $272
- Every 4 weeks: $320 × 90% = $288
- Every 6, 8, 12, 17 or 26 weeks, or yearly: $320 × 95% = $304
You can change or skip any visit more than 24 hours ahead.
Deep / First-Time Clean: $320 + $130 = $450.
It adds mopped and wet-wiped baseboards and door frames, light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks, and cleaning under and behind furniture.
It’s highly recommended for a first clean or after 30+ days without a professional clean.
Move Out: $320 + $200 = $520.
It adds baseboards and door frames, inside the oven, inside the emptied fridge and freezer, light cleaning inside the emptied cabinets and drawers, and light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks.
Hourly cleaning is $60 per cleaner, per hour, with a 3-hour minimum, then $30 per cleaner for each extra half hour.
Code 5off does not apply to hourly cleaning.
You get 5% off your first cleaning at a new property. Use code 5off when you book. It can’t be combined with other discounts.

Cleaning in San Tan Valley: what to know
Hard water. The water here is hard.
Mineral spots build up fast on shower glass, faucets and sinks.
If you have heavy buildup, say so when you book so your cleaner knows what to expect.
Monsoon dust. Monsoon storms from June to September push dust inside.
Fine dust settles on sills, fans and vents, and all of those are in every standard clean.
Window tracks fill up too, and the Deep / First-Time Clean includes light dusting and vacuuming of them.
New town, same service area. San Tan Valley became an incorporated town on September 17, 2025, after voters approved it that August.
We go by your address and ZIP code, not town limits.
Part-year homes and gates. If you spend part of the year away, a clean before you come back gets the house ready.
You can book a first-time clean before you arrive for the season and leave the gate code in your booking.
A local company, not a chain
Jarrod, the owner, was born and raised in Arizona and has family and friends across the state.
He lives and works between Yavapai and Maricopa counties.
AZ House Cleaner isn’t a national chain run from out of state.
Jarrod handles all communication and scheduling.
On the day, your cleaner keeps in touch, travels to you and does the cleaning, and Jarrod takes care of everything else.
Every cleaner on the roster is a local independent contractor.
