Vacation Rental Cleaning Prices
Vacation rental cleaning pricing is calculated based on three simple factors: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and extra rooms.
$130 for the first bedroom (includes all common living areas, hallways, kitchen, laundry room, and stairs), or $100 for common areas only
$30 for each additional bedroom or extra room
$50 for each full bathroom (sink + shower + toilet + tub)
$40 for each ¾ bathroom (sink + shower OR tub + toilet)
$30 for each half bathroom (sink + toilet)
Formula: $130 + ($30 × additional bedrooms/rooms) + ($50 × full bathrooms) + ($40 × ¾ bathrooms) + ($30 × half bathrooms)
Example: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms:
$130 + (1 × $30) + (2 × $50) = $260
Every turnover gets 30% off:
$260 × 70% = $182 per turnover
There are no square-footage charges for cleaning vacation rentals, and hourly cleaning is available at $80 per cleaner per hour if you prefer it.
Hourly cleaning gets the same discounts as a flat-rate clean.
Every turnover gets the weekly rate, 30% off, whatever the booking frequency, and extras like laundry are included.
On AZ House Cleaner turnovers, laundry covers linens and towels only.
We don’t wash personal clothing.

How Often Should I Schedule an Airbnb Turnover Cleaning Service?
A VRBO or Airbnb cleaning service should be scheduled after every guest checkout, at a minimum.
Add a full deep clean every 4 to 8 weeks to stay ahead of wear.
Do You Handle Same-Day Turnover Cleaning for Vacation Rentals?
Yes.
Turnovers booked ahead, including back-to-back checkouts and check-ins, cost the regular price.
Book online as early as possible, ideally a day or more ahead, so we match the best cleaner to your rental.
A last-minute cleaning booked and done the same day carries an $80 same-day fee and doesn’t get the 5% first-time discount.
