Vacation Rental Cleaning Prices

Vacation rental cleaning pricing is calculated based on three simple factors: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and extra rooms.

• $110 for the first bedroom (includes all common living areas, hallways, kitchen, laundry room, and stairs)
• $30 for each additional bedroom or extra room
• $40 for each full bathroom
• $20 for each half bathroom

Formula: $110 + ($30 × additional bedrooms/rooms) + ($40 × full bathrooms) + ($20 × half bathrooms)

There are no hourly rates or square-footage charges for cleaning vacation rentals. We can also offer you preferential rates for consistent bookings.

Optional add-ons and discounts may apply. Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services are priced separately.
