Our standard cleans are a flat rate, set by your bedrooms and bathrooms.
Every number below comes straight from our price list, so you can work out your own cost before you book.
How the price is built
Every home starts with the common areas at $100.
Each bedroom adds $30.
Each bathroom adds $50 for a full bath, $40 for a three-quarter bath, and $30 for a half bath.
Ceiling fans, light switches and vents are part of every standard clean, so they cost nothing extra.
Flat-rate cleans have no time limit.
Your cleaner stays until the checklist is done.

Example 1: a 2 bed, 2 bath standard clean
Here’s the math for a 2 bed, 2 full bath home in Prescott.
- Common areas: $100
- 2 bedrooms: $60
- 2 full baths: $100
Total: $260 for a standard clean.
If one of those baths is a half bath, the total is $240.
Example 2: the same home with a deep clean
The deep clean adds $130 to the standard price.
For the same home, that’s $390.
Your cleaner mops and wet-wipes the baseboards and door frames.
They also clean under and behind furniture, plus the fronts, backs and sides of furniture.
If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in 30 days or more, I highly recommend the deep clean for your first visit.
If you only want the baseboards and door frames, that’s a $70 add-on.
For the same home, the total is $330.

Example 3: the same home every 2 weeks
Your first visit is full price.
Recurring discounts start on your second clean.
For the 2 bed, 2 bath home every 2 weeks, your first clean is $260, or $390 with the deep clean.
Every clean after that is $208.
That’s $52 off each visit.

Other prices you might need
- Moving out: our Move Out package is $200. It covers baseboards and door frames ($70), inside the oven ($50), inside emptied cabinets and drawers ($50), and inside an emptied fridge and freezer ($30). For the 2 bed, 2 bath home, a move-out clean is $460. I don’t stack it with the deep clean, since both include baseboards and door frames. See move out cleaning in Prescott.
- Hourly cleaning: $80 per cleaner, per hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
- Home organization: $40 an hour, with a 2-hour minimum on its own, or a 1-hour minimum when you add it to a cleaning.
- First-time discount: seniors 55+, veterans, active military, first responders and college students get 5% off their first clean. On the $260 example, that’s $247. It doesn’t combine with other discounts or apply to same-day bookings.
- Fees: an $80 rush fee only when you book the same day for a same-day clean. An $80 fee if you cancel inside 24 hours or your cleaner can’t get in.
What isn’t included
Grout scrubbing isn’t part of any service level.
Your cleaner spot-cleans stains, and large grout jobs or whole carpets go to a specialist.
Exterior windows are first story only.

We carry a $2,000,000 general liability policy, and we’re BBB accredited.
Your cleaner brings their own supplies.
If something gets missed, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean those areas within 7 days at no charge.
