If something goes wrong, then we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away or within 24 hours of the cleaning and we’ll be there to take care of it within 7 days. That’s our promise to you! Please report any missed areas within 24 hours of the original cleaning and include photos when possible. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the reported areas within seven days. If the reported issues remain unresolved after the re-clean, we may provide an appropriate partial or full refund.
