Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in!
Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our cleaning service and that there are no other people (contractors, movers, tradespeople, etc.) working in the space.
We will need electricity/power and water!
Please keep the AC or fans working so the house stays at a comfortable working temperature.
Our Move Out package adds $200 to the standard clean price.
It covers baseboards and door frames, inside the oven, inside emptied cabinets and drawers, and inside the emptied fridge and freezer.
If the home needs more work than that, call or text (928) 928-6243 or email [email protected] before you book so we add the right extras.
Leftover furniture or junk needs a junk removal company first, and we clean right after they leave or the next day.
Taking up to 2 bags of trash off site is a special request.
