How your price adds up
$100 for the common areas + $30 per bedroom + $40 per full bathroom + $30 per three-quarter bathroom + $20 per half bathroom.
Common areas are one each of dining room, entryway, family room, kitchen, laundry room and living room, plus hallways and stairs.
Example: a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath townhouse or casita, the kind of home you find in many Green Valley neighborhoods.
$100 + (2 × $30) + (2 × $40) = $240
Recurring prices for that home, starting with your second clean:
- Weekly: $240 × 70% = $168
- Every 2 weeks: $240 × 80% = $192
- Every 3 weeks: $240 × 85% = $204
- Every 4 weeks: $240 × 90% = $216
- Every 6, 8, 12, 17 or 26 weeks, or yearly: $240 × 95% = $228
There’s no contract.
You can change or skip any visit more than 24 hours ahead.
Deep / First-Time Clean: $240 + $130 = $370.
It adds mopped and wet-wiped baseboards and door frames, light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks, and cleaning under and behind furniture.
We highly recommend it for your first clean, or if it’s been 30+ days since your last professional clean.
Move Out: $240 + $200 = $440.
It adds baseboards and door frames, inside the oven, inside the emptied fridge and freezer, light cleaning inside the emptied cabinets and drawers, and light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks.
Hourly cleaning is $60 per cleaner, per hour, with a 3-hour minimum, then $30 per cleaner for each extra half hour.
Code 5off does not apply to hourly cleaning.
Flat-rate cleans are finished the same day without hourly limits, within reason. Your cleaner works through every item on the checklist.

Cleaning in Green Valley: what to know
- Part-year homes: if your home sits closed for the summer, dust still settles with the doors shut, so book a Deep / First-Time Clean for the week before you come back.
- Monsoon dust: summer storms blow grit into patios, sliding doors and entryways. Floors get extra attention, and the Deep / First-Time Clean adds light dusting and vacuuming of the sliding door tracks.
- Water spots: Green Valley runs on groundwater, which leaves mineral spots on glass shower doors, faucets and sinks. Your cleaner cleans and wipes these down on every standard clean.
- Gates and codes: some communities near Green Valley are gated. Put your gate code, door code or lockbox details in your booking so your cleaner can get in.
