How your price adds up

You pay $100 for the common areas, plus $30 per bedroom, $40 per full bathroom, $30 per three-quarter bathroom and $20 per half bathroom.
Common areas means one each of dining room, entryway, family room, kitchen, laundry room and living room, plus hallways and stairs.

Example: a single-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
$100 + (3 × $30) + (2 × $40) = $270

Recurring prices for that home start with the second clean:

  • Weekly, 30% off: $270 × 70% = $189
  • Every 2 weeks, 20% off: $270 × 80% = $216
  • Every 3 weeks, 15% off: $270 × 85% = $229.50
  • Every 4 weeks, 10% off: $270 × 90% = $243
  • Every 6, 8, 12, 17 or 26 weeks, or yearly, 5% off: $270 × 95% = $256.50

No contract.
You can change or skip any visit more than 24 hours ahead.

Deep / First-Time Clean: $270 + $130 = $400.
It adds mopped and wet-wiped baseboards and door frames, light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks, and cleaning under and behind furniture.
It’s highly recommended for a first clean or after 30+ days without a professional clean.

Move Out: $270 + $200 = $470.
It adds baseboards and door frames, inside the oven, inside the emptied fridge and freezer, light cleaning inside the emptied cabinets and drawers, and light dusting and vacuuming of window and sliding door tracks.

Hourly cleaning is $60 per cleaner, per hour, with a 3-hour minimum, then $30 per cleaner for each extra half hour.
Code 5off does not apply to hourly cleaning.
Vacation rental hosts with at least 2 turnovers a month get 30% off the standard rate, rounded up to the next $5, so a 2 bed, 2 full bath turnover is $240 × 70% = $168, rounded up to $170, with laundry and dishes included.
You get 5% off your first cleaning at a new property.
Use code 5off when you book.
It doesn’t combine with other discounts.

Cleaning in Fortuna Foothills: what to know

Hard water.
Water across the Yuma area is hard, and the City of Yuma lists its own water at 18 to 22 grains per gallon.
You’ll see it as white spots on faucets and film on shower glass.
Your cleaner cleans and disinfects showers, tubs and sinks every visit, so buildup doesn’t get a head start.

Desert dust.
Summer monsoon storms can push dust across Yuma County, and gusty winds in the cooler months lift dust from open desert and dirt roads.
Many Foothills homes back onto open desert.
Every standard clean wipes ceiling fans, vents and window sills, where that dust settles first.

Winter season.
Winter is the busy season here.
Book a clean before you arrive so the house is ready, and another after you leave.
A schedule of every 26 weeks or yearly gets 5% off from the second clean.

Gates and resorts.
Many resorts and some neighborhoods are gated.
Add your gate code and directions to your door when you book.

Your cleaner keeps in touch on the day, travels to you and does the cleaning, and Jarrod takes care of everything else.
Every cleaner on the roster is a local independent contractor.
You can ask for a different cleaner at any time, and if your cleaner gets sick, we send a backup from the roster.
