What’s in a standard clean
A standard clean keeps your Payson home in shape between bigger cleans. Your cleaner does the kitchen and bathrooms, dusts and wipes reachable surfaces, and vacuums and mops the floors. Ceiling fans, light switches and vents are included every time.
There’s no clock running on a flat-rate clean. Your cleaner stays until the checklist is done. Cleaners bring their own supplies, and you can ask for non-toxic products at no extra charge. See the room-by-room cleaning checklist for the details.
Flat prices for Payson homes
Your price is set by your rooms. Common areas are $110, and each bedroom adds $30. A full bath is $50, a three-quarter bath is $40 and a half bath is $30. A 2 bed, 1 bath cabin comes to $220. A 3 bed, 2 bath home comes to $300. Our house cleaning prices page lists every rate and add-on.
Pine pollen, snow and mud
Payson sits at about 5,000 feet, below the Mogollon Rim, with ponderosa pines all around. In spring, pine pollen drifts in as a yellow film on sills, decks and anything near an open window. Summer monsoon storms bring heavy rain and wind.
Winter brings snow, and snow brings mud at the door. Entry floors and the paths to the kitchen take the most wear in those months. A cleaning every 2 or 3 weeks keeps pollen and tracked-in dirt from piling up.
Cabin and vacation rental turnovers
Cabins and second homes are common around Payson. If yours sits empty between visits or rents to guests, turnovers are priced at the standard rate with 30% off every turnover, no matter how often you book. A 2 bed, 1 bath cabin is $154 a turnover.
- Extras like laundry are included in the turnover price.
- Your cleaner can restock your host supplies.
- Your cleaner checks for damage and leaks.
- You get photos after every turnover.
A seasonal deep clean ($130) a few times a year keeps a busy rental fresh. Read more about our Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning.
Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning
A deep clean is $130 on top of the standard price. It adds mopped and wet-wiped baseboards and door frames, cleaning under and behind furniture, and the fronts, backs and sides of furniture. If your home or cabin hasn’t had a professional clean in 30 days or more, a deep clean is highly recommended for the first visit.
If you’re selling, moving or handing back keys, the Move Out package is $200 on top of the standard clean price. It includes baseboards and door frames ($70), inside the oven ($50), inside emptied cabinets and drawers ($50), and inside the emptied fridge and freezer ($30). Skip the deep clean when you book it, since both cover baseboards and door frames. More on move-in and move-out cleaning.
