Canceling or rescheduling is free with more than 24 hours notice before your booking start time.
With less notice, an $80 late cancellation fee applies.
An $80 lockout fee applies if your cleaner gets locked out, the water or power is off, or other trades are working in the space.
Cleanings booked and done the same day carry an $80 same-day booking fee.
Booking for tomorrow or later skips the fee.
You can book a new date online any time.
